Born in 2019 out of a tiny home kitchen in Mount Vernon, Iowa, Thistle’s Summit has become the largest plant-based + gluten-free bakery in central Iowa. Queer and woman-owned. Specializing in allergy-friendly baked goods that taste nothing like a compromise. Everything we produce is made with love and is totally gluten-free, vegan, and dairy free. Everything is produced in a facility that uses gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.
