Thistle’s Summit was born in 2019 out of a tiny home kitchen in Mount Vernon, Iowa. Since it has become the largest plant-based + gluten-free bakery in Iowa. Queer and woman-owned. Specializing in allergy-friendly baked goods that taste nothing like a compromise. Truly, we could go toe to toe with your Grandma. We make everything with love, and is totally gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free. We are carry out only, and everything is handmade by our owner, Marti Payseur. In addition to a large selection of baked goods daily, we are proud to carry vegan + gluten-free snacks and sundries from small producers all over the United States. We prioritize working with local, queer, BIPOC+ and woman-owned businesses.

Olio Oddities is dedicated to bringing you colorful, eclectic goods to brighten your home & daily life. From vintage pieces to handmade items by a variety of artists & makers, we want to help you and your home stand out.
