2026 Pie Party Pick Up on Walnut- TS Thanksgiving

It is our honor to bring you a brand-new pie experience for Thanksgiving.

Meet the Thanksgiving Pie Party on Walnut Street. The event will be held on 11/25/2026, 2- 6 p.m., hosted by local businesses: The Cave, HOTORI, Wildflower, Horizon Line Coffee, Ben Bourland Beverage, and the Local Cow Co.

Seven thriving local businesses have teamed up to provide everything needed for a Thanksgiving feast, minus the bird and sides. Thanksgiving Pies from Thistle’s Summit are a beloved metro tradition, drawing hundreds of people in pre-orders and walk-up attendees annually. Historically, the event was hosted at our former brick-and-mortar location, which closed in December 2025; the event returns with a community-minded twist and a new location on Walnut Street.

As always, pies and other treats will be available for pre-order through our website, starting 10/30/2026 at 8am. Gluten-free + vegan and some conventional options as well. But this year you can also order florals from Wildflower, Coffee from horizion line, vegan ice cream from the Local Cow co, and so much more all through the TS website. It’s our busiest day of the year, and we want to share that with the vibrant businesses on Walnut and other vendors we admire. Truly, you can snag just about everything you need for your Thanksgiving table within a block. Each business will offer specialty items available for purchase on Thistle’s Summit's pre-order menu, as well as walk-up sales on 11/25/2026.

HOTORI, a homeware and snack shop, located at 1417 Walnut St. Ste. D, will feature serving ware, ceramics, and hosting gifts to set the perfect table in shop and locally made Ramen Club Chilli Oil on pre-order menu. Wildflower, located at 2718 Ingersoll Ave, will provide floral arrangements on the pre-order menu and will pop up at HOTORI during the Pie Party for last-minute floral needs. Horizon Line Coffee, located at 1417 Walnut St B, will add locally roasted coffee beans and cold brew to the menu. Newcomer to the local food scene, The Local Cow Co. will offer artisan-made small-batch ice cream pints, designed to pair with Thistle’s Summit Pies on the pre-order menu and for sale 11/25 at The Cave, alongside Thistle’s Summit. Ben Bourland Beverage will offer handmade vegan + gluten-free mocktails, and The Cave, located at 1437 Walnut St, will offer thoughtful wine pairings, in addition to serving as the host of pie pickup.

Pre-orders open on thistlessummit.com on 10/30/ 2026 at 8 am. The Pie Party on Walnut will take place 11/25/ 2026, 2- 6 p.m., from The Cave to Horizon Line Coffee. Walk-up sales of all products will be available until inventory runs out.
