We take food very seriously. So seriously, in fact that we only cook with the ingredients that we trust wholeheartedly. That means fresh produce sourced from our chemical- free garden, or from local farmers who we count among our closest friends.
We do things right, even if they take a little more time. That means sourdough bread made from scratch every day, highly seasonal menus that change with each growing season, and canning as much of our produce as possible to preserve it throughout the year.
